  3. This archive contains a wide-area BETA test version of the ZipNews reader.
  4. It may be distributed via BBSs and Internet archive sites.

  6. For significant changes and some new operating requirements, see the file
  7. WHATSNEW.93A.  The docs at this point are non-existent to poor.  My apologies
  8. if this presents problems during your try-out of this software.  We will
  9. be addressing this product's documentation needs very soon.  Meanwhile,
  10. please read BETA.DOC and WHATSNEW.93A for an understanding of this product's
  11. total capabilities.

  13. To install the reader, from any directory into which it has been unzipped
  14. or from a diskette, enter the command: INSTALL .
